Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy for more information on how we process and ship orders.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping Auspost: Delivery within 5–10 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping Auspost: Delivery within 2–5 business days. Additional fees apply, calculated at checkout.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders typically ship within 3 business days after payment is received. With the exception of Acrylic items which have a 7-10 day turnaround time.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified via email if there is a delay.
3. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at ambzydesignz@gmail.com
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the carrier and contact us for further assistance.
