Thank you for shopping with us! As some of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order. Please carefully review the following guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:

1. Custom Orders

All items are made to order based on your provided details. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item. To assist with the process, please provide:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

3. Incorrect Orders

If you received an item that does not match the order you placed (wrong design, color, etc.), please notify us within 7 days. We will either provide a replacement or offer a full refund.

4. Order Modifications

Once your order is confirmed, we begin production right away. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • All items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in cases of defective or incorrect items, or if we are unable to fulfill your custom order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing the purchase (e.g., colors, designs).
  • Please ensure that all personalization details are accurate to avoid potential issues with your order.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
